The Fitness Festival returns for its 5th year on Saturday 1st June 2019 and you can expect our biggest and best event yet. The Festival was created to inspire and celebrate active and healthy lifestyles and we’re the only event of our kind that’s free to attend!
We want to show that there is an activity or sport for everyone and together with our collaborators, we promote a sustainable approach to health and fitness. In 2019, expect everything from Stand-Up Paddleboarding sessions, on-stage classes, bootcamps, a fun-run, beach clean, healthy food zone, special guests, and activities for the whole family.
Pop along to SWEAT Southsea on Saturday January 26th for a Fitness Festival pop-up where you can expect to see some of your favourite Festival collaborators as well as a morning full of free classes from TRX to Barre and Bars+Bells and free workshops!
A workshop open to complete beginners and those with some prior experience of Pilates who would like a deeper understanding of the fundamentals to optimise your own practice.
Join SWEAT Southsea for the return of their popular TRX workshop, designed to help participants gain the skill, knowledge and confidence to use TRX Suspension Trainer's at home, on holiday or in their gyms both safely and effectively.
In aid of the RNLI, The 2019 Patron Saint's Series features bespoke interlocking medals for each event. Enter all four and create a massive medal to be proud of. There are 5k and 10k options for each event which take place on St David’s, St Patricks’s, St George’s and St Andrew’s Days respectively.
