Then this workshop is for you. Introducing you to Pilates, including the history of Joseph Pilates' "Contrology", the fundamental principles of Pilates practice and key exercises at beginner level. All delivered in an informative but relaxed & supportive manner.
The workshop is open to complete beginners and those with some prior experience of Pilates who would like a deeper understanding of the fundamentals to optimise your own practice.
